my brother was in a car club ALONG time ago. They were called PSI Motorsports it stood for premier sport imports. They had certain times you had to run to get certain stickers and stuff like that. All cars had to be turbo to have a certain badge. once you hit 13's you got the hood sticker which didnt look that bad. Remember this was 10yrs ago so 13's were rather good for turbo street cars. They had a badass following lots of nice supras,conquests,talons etc...
