Wow I've been lucky to bever had this issue before at emissions. Even when my car was down for more than a year. My car has a 2 in drop. When I had my drift bumper on it looked much lower. Even so w/that drop as earlier mentioned they don't even bother trying to put you on the rollers. They just said pull on over to the side (even after my car was down over a year). In PG county, especially Clinton, I don't think they really care anyway. Instant pass all the time.

i guess (idea from the drift bumper) is you can go to home depot and put that lip on so its dragging make the car look low as shyt ahah

talked to a veip guy that came to my store. he says the rollers will be gone by sept and they will test the older cars through the tailpipe at idle. wooohoo!

anyone think its possible to pass w/o the cat... hurd someone do it before, might go to same station as before and ask guy just to sign off on it...

windsor mill, woodlawn area someone in the area did pass without the cat. i think they tuned the car for it though

oh, your talking bout the testing place, i don't know which one the guy worked at. there's one in owings mills and by i-95.

and someone is selling that stock downpipe assembly in the classifieds.
