It's not really set in stone what HP they break at cause some guys break them with around 400hp. I broke my 4th gear on low boost (531hp) and high boost (641hp). This was on the street though. I'm sure these gears will help a lot. With to much abuse anything will break but at least they will hold more torque.

Any really. It would be the same as why build your motor? So why not build your tranny? Alot of us are making 600whp+

im not sure what horsepower i was making when i broke my transmission but i was between 26-28 psi on a hx40, i broke 4th gear

ok guys, the engineer came back to me with a question.

He tried fitting the oem gears to a pinion shaft that we have (one of our SR20DE final drives), but the splines are different and the gears won't go on?!?

Are these gears from a completely different transmission?
