Driver's side bearing, speedo gear and gear retainer were purchased from Amayama. Passenger side bearing was purchased from a local parts store.

You will only need the speedo drive gear and speedo drive gear retainer if your diff bearings are in good shape and you have the capability to remove them without damaging them.
Just kidding, you need the differential bearing toward the middle of the car too. See below!

You need passenger side (Right) bearing, speedo drive gear and retainer.

It is the bearing closest to the middle of the car, where the longer of the two half shafts mates with the transaxle.
