Didn't the input shaft not go all the way into the clutch with this flywheel? I remember someone on G20.net pointing it out and taking pics.

The flywheel on the left is the mazworx and the right is my competition clutch flywheel. Not much of a difference
This is a picture taken with the tranny and engine bolted together. I took the clutch fork out and stuck my camera in the opening. As you can see there is a good 3/4in gap between the Throw out bearing sleeve and the diaphragm of the Pressure plate. The Throwout bearing would definitely come of the sleeve with any engagement.
I put some putty on the input shaft and wanted to measure how far into the clutch disc the input shaft could go. The length of the clutch disc spline is roughly 1 inch. This measures just under 1/2 inch. Meaning the input shaft only goes into the clutch disc only about 1/2 in. I figure one good launch could possibly shear off the splines on the clutch disc.
