Mazworx, I wish I was a rich so I could get you guys to do my block work

That is 1475 for the prepped block
+
shipping you a block = $100
+
shipping it to Jamaica = $100 plus
+
45% duty on the tranny which will be estimated at about $500. so 45% of this is = $200
+
A SR16 oil pump = $200
+
Main Studs = $100

= $2100 * 90 this is our coversion rate of USD to JMD = $189000

I guess its pointless though since you have proven the darton sleeves 1400whp capable.


The problem with sleeves that are bigger than the Dartons is that you take out the inner structure of the block in order to accomodate them. Inturn, under high boost, you may split the block horizontally. We've already accomplished that, so that's why we don't put in large sleeves. But for all motor, you can get away with it.
