I second that on the P11. You are looking at about $1700 for a bolt on kit that might not bolt on

How do you come up with 1700.00.

The kit is 800.00 and you can find a trans for around 300-350 easily and then for the b13 and b14 guys you need hubs and stuff to go with the axles. Again maybe 1200 at the most for everything you need. Less for those with a B15 or P11 if the kit works.

Actually I have a twin disk. All I had to do was switch to the s15 disks for it to work using the p12 bell housing which I am using. So yeah 200 for the disks. Only thing I still have to work out is a throw out bearing to see if the qr one will release the clutch fine contacting the right way on the diaphram. Not a big deal though. I can have clutch masters get me one that will work.

glad to see some P11 support in here, really it is just making a mount kit for the P11, everything else should be about the same. Though, I run the P12 carrier bearing/bracket on my car. Not sure if what they made for the B13/14 will work on the P11 for the carrier. We just need someone with a p11 to roll up on in to Mazworx and cehck it out.

true, You could keep the same flywheel and pressure plate you would just need to have a custom disk made to fit the QR trans, Which should be easy for any of the major companies to do.

Not disagreeing with you, It can come out to that much all said and done. Depending on the route you go.

Still not bad for a really nice beefy tranny, thats barely over what we used to pay for p11 trannies or a clean low mileage b15 trans. So yeah not bad at all. The trannies are way easier to find and a hell of a lot cheaper in case something does happen.
