Keep Your FPR Vacuum Hoses Short!
Chasing down a hesitation issue on my Subaru came across this awesome informal video that talks about fuel pulsations.
Cliff notes:
1. Rubber fuel lines are good, they absorb certain pulsation frequencies, and reduce the need for a fuel damper.
2. Keep your fuel pressure regulator vacuum lines short, the longer they are the more likely they are to cause resonance in fuel pressures. This is not an issue with our factory SR20 FPR's, but if you get an aftermarket detached unit, you usually have to mount it far enough away to cause issues.
