It would actually not be too difficult to make individual throttle bodies out of four S13 SR throttle bodies.

A guide to tuning ITB's and the minimum requirements to run them would be great.

Looks like tuning wouldn't be that hard with the 'throttle body sync tool' the listed at the bottom of the page. Then, after your successful tuning, you could rent it out and whore it across the nation to the others that will follow in your footsteps.
