Without the ability to adjust the control arm and move the ball joint position, this adjustment does nothing to correct roll center with respect to ackerman. I see a lot of pointless banter and argument in this thread. 2jr is moving in the right direction, but not there yet. Just an fyi, go look at the dog car front control arms and you will see what I mean. Kojima's modified lca is the only way to do it right. Adjustable ball joint position and shank height.

Hank, I can try to explain further if you need me to. This kit just doesn't do it.

Let's keep the user bashing to a minimum everyone.

Yup! You keep proper angles by lengthening the LCA while raising the ball joint mount point. The ball joint they are offiering is the same deal really as the high misalignment rod end they are using. But that is what I want to see a company produce and offer.

There's some good info threw the madness. Can we get a cleanup?

But basically it's better then the first design but still not 100% right.

I plan on cleaning all of the emotional drama up, just need to sit down and see what can be removed.

Correct on design, it's much better, and will work well enough imo, but the better solution is what Mike designed. The extended heim joint also increases your footprint (wider wheel base basically).

@ Vadim: Leave the emotional crap

People need to understand several things hear: How to have a proper discussion without resorting to name calling and to go forth and see within minutes, how to procure proper info. The information has been present over several different outlets for almost 10 years now.

This thread not only teaches about design, but also about proper etiquette and common sense

This information was discovered a while ago during the late 1950's and early 1960's that I presented to this forum in my original post.

Has anyone on this forum measured or calculated the roll center of the stock B13? I was always curious as to how low does the B13 have to go to totally jack up the stock configuration. Personally, I don't plan on lowering it more than 1.5" all around for daily driving. Maybe I might try 2", but probably not. Seems like the majority of the members are lowered w/ RM or Hypercoils, so not much lowering, so roll center is not affected much?

You have some more information ot dig up about the stock strut suspension of a B13 before you go tossing on lowering springs. I would recommend to read the suspension thread, here.

Has anyone pics on the V2 version of the 2JR kit?
It there a 'off the shelf' solution for Mike K's setup?
