Which all would make a difference as to the actual specs of the cams, not just advertised lift and duration which means nothing unless they are all measured the same. Bigger numbers sell more product, period. I haven't measured many of these cams personally so I can not begin to tell true specs of the cams. The cams I have actually measured were a long time ago and I couldn't even begin to tell you what they were.

I also suggest we start keeping track of overlap... vqman if it's fine with you I can update the first post with the information that we currently have.

Found this on the old forum...

While I'm at it, More VE camshaft overlap:
SR20VET - 13*
SR20VE - 48*
SR20VE 20V - 57*
SR16VE - 70*
SR16VE - N1 (v1?) - 78*

edit: added vet cams

JWT uses Nissan billet blanks so I think they would have a 53J head code stamped on them. I have read that the S3's should have "sport cam" stamped on them between one of the lobes. I think the S4's, from what I have read have "street cams" stamped on them. I don't own any, but did some reading and from recollection as well.

thanks, i ended up findibg a couple of threads about it on the "old" forum. Those markings were only on S3 and S4 cams for the first couple of batches... most of the cams they sold do not have these markings and the only way to find their authenticity is to measure, which is what i did... and they are in fact S3 cams...
