There is an entire section of these forums related to A) Buying brand new performance parts and B) Buying used performance parts from other members

That and the ad's all over the site are good places as well.

I am thinking I want a good shifter next. I've read around some and I'm looking for the B&M 45087 unit. It seems like I'm a little late. I see them for sale online, but when I actually check availability, no one has them in stock and B&M has apparently discontinued production. Does anyone have a used one for sale or know of where I still might find one?

Great link that means you can safely run dual exhaust cams on a low port or a high port with no issues! A Cheap easy upgrade for a lil extra umph!

Gti-r cams are different and designed for a solid lifter, but can be used as an upgrade to a highport or lowport. Not that great of an upgrade though. Back in 1995 it might have been a decent idea.
