If the collector of your header is 2.5" you're better off with that size (or larger) exhaust. Don't go smaller.

With what you have said, blackb15, 2.5" exhaust would be best for you! Welcome and do not forget to check out my signature, I have cardomain of my car with all the things I have done to her over the years. Enjoy your car!

I would love to see an exhaust system write-up similar to Shawn B's suspension thread...

I have an exhaust leak, and i'm going to end up replacing a lot to get rid of it, so I might as well go aftermarket... yada yada.

No need whatsoever on a NA SR20DE motor. There are plenty of threads, with dyno's, that state unequivocably that deleting the cat entirely gives you one (1) or two (2) horsepower. That is the most HP you will get, tops.

Also, the other viable option to the OEM plug wires is located here:

I'd go OEM or Ultra Wires only, per Andreas Miko.

I love this thread for the newbs. Great job.

I got a 3" test pipe from a friend for free.. I guess since I'm replacing my entire exhaust system in the next 6 months, I would be best off going with the free part, other than spending money on a new cat.. since I got it for free and the current exhaust system is rusted to hell...

It's for b14's only. The obd2 G20 ecu gives you a 7500rpm limit from the 7200 and takes the governor away.
