So what about the car sitting an inch lower at rest?? How can that be when the springs are the same?

The inch is effectively removed (taken away) between the bottom of the spring perch, and where the knuckle attaches to the strut. Well, more closer to the truth, you can think about it like mounting the bolt ear tabs for the knuckle one inch higher on the strut body. That will move the knuckle and wheel up and inch, yet keep the same height spring.
Following me?

Maybe I need to hit up MS Paint tomorrow and put this particular one to bed. It had me confused for a long time too.

Edit: Nevermind. The traditional CSK's do not lower the car any if you keep the spring the same.

Yah I think a picture is just going to help everyone out. I know someone else has already done them, but I can't find them and I think I can do a better job making them dumbed down enough to get the point across without being overly confusing. Let me get to it tomorrow.

Yes. And the spring won't be compressed any more than normal. You'll see when I get the diagrams made.

Edit: Ignore that last statement. See the link two posts below.

I'm a total idiot. I have to retract my previous statements. Just switching to CSK but keeping the RM springs will not lower the car any, it will only get you some suspension travel back. How easily I forget.

Diagrams soon.

Does anybody know more about B13/N14 Nismo shocks?
I've got em fitted with Spax -35mm springs and ST anti sway bars, which according to this thread are Nismo replicas

B13 Hyperco Gen II
Drop: 1" front and rear
Struts to use: AGX's or better yet CSK's.
Spring rate: 110-290 front, 75-200 rear, progressive rate

B14 Hyperco
Drop: 1" front and 5/8" rear
Struts to use: AGX's or better yet CSK's.
Spring rate: 110-290 front, 75-200 rear, progressive rate

QUESTION: - I know that B13/B14 front AGX struts are interchangeable, but do we have anybody running B14 hyperco front springs on a B13? I noticed that the spring rates/drop are the same. What is the difference for the rear between the two?
