1/4 to 1/2 turn from full soft, iirc.

1/4 turn from full soft is for street and occassional track duty.

Thanks for the input. I was running mine at 1/2 turn off full soft with White Line springs for daily driver. Now I am upgrading to the Hypercoils and planning on more track use. Maybe I will go to 3/4 turn since these dampers have some miles on them.

Thanks Ben. I was about to get just a little less tactful about it.

Gracias. I'm gonna make sure my Red rears over Hypercos are set at about 1/4 turn.

Appreciate both the question from Bill, and your answer.

Similar question: Running Hyperco's over CSK B15 Yellow fronts, where is a good starting point for setting them for street/occasional track duty? (Reds in the back, set 1/4 turn as indicated by VQ.)

well, the good news is, they are externally adjustable. so you can tweak them.. I would say that because they are stiffer than the B13 red fronts (which were also supposed to be at 1/4 turn from full soft..) start at full soft and adjust as you see fit.

Appreciate it.

You have my full permission to help with the Suspension Thread any time. No problems whatsoever.

I just added your add to the Table of Contents in the appropriate spot.

And....I just cut and pasted your Manifesto information on MotoIQ's Ultimate Guide to Suspension and Handling, directly into the Suspension Thread, put it in the right spot, and included it in my Table Of Contents.

Nice work, glad I could steal it.

However, you were fully credited....

I am living here in the UAE and kind of interested in doing "CSK", but I don't know where to buy or order online those KONI 8610-1409sport..

thanks..

I know it's been a while since the guy above has posted, but here's an interesting tidbit:

The Koni 8610-1409Sport inserts are also used for the N16 JDM Sentra. Or at least that what's the Dutch importer for the Koni's lists them for. (How weird is that, needing to import a product that was originally Dutch in the first place :P).
