Yes you will, it's needed for the IACV not quiet the ECU.

Vacuum or boost leaks, bad tune, bad MAF will do that too.

Can we block off the IACV breather tube thing if we arent using it? I just got another pipe for my bov and it doesnt have the plug that was hooked to it before, I figured it would be ok to block it off since im not using it

How does your car idle without it? Also gotta be careful, because it could be a boost leaking point.

If you install a microtech you do not need the idle stuff as the ecu if running the map as it has an idle map for idle when the tps is set for 0%

your engine is not going why??? fuel? spark???

I had a problem with my microtech not firing the injectors and that was to do with setting the ignition to single coil from 4 coil... note injectors fired on test mode but not when normal cranking

hmmmm, I'm a little confused.

I noticed another, what seems to be, vacuum line near my throttle body furthest to the passenger side on my W10.

Image from jgycustoms.com:

Seems to be the 'small fitting to carbon canister'

This seems to be missing in your diagram, unless this isn't a vacuum line. Still needs to be blocked off I'm assuming if not a vacuum?

It's called Charcoal Canister on my diagram
