Here is the Avenir/Bluebird Vacuum hose diagram, should help some people that are doing a fresh swap.

Something to remember about charcoil canister line, usually they don't have a one way valve, which means you could be blowing boost into the canister/gas tank. I usually put a one way valve before the manifold, that way if it goes positive pressure the one way valve stops it.

I wouldn't do it. That sounds like the worst place to take vacuum from. Your FPR signal is important.

I T'd off of the vacuum line going to the charcoal canister. Felt a lot better doing that. This goes to my BOV and wastegate. For the MAP signal (don't worry, you won't have one of these) I think I T'd off the brake booster vacuum line, or maybe it was the charcoal canister line again... =/

nice... just what i needed. got some questions though. what is the aux air regulator(newbie), got any pics, and what about the other nipples on the canister, where do they go to? i have the calum ecu, but i dont know if he eliminated my egr or not...

Looking at the manual it looks like AAC and IACV work together on OBDII cars. If you don't have an AAC your car will idle like crap most likely.

for that large fitting at the bottom of the intake manifold, when you say "to intake pipe under stock BOV" do you mean where the recirc outputs? on the intake side of the turbo? or do you mean on the pressurized side, between the intercooler and throttle body?

That goes to your idle breather. That needs to be on the pressurized side of the piping.

it goes to a 1/2" bung on the IC piping near the TB

I'm trying to figure out what (if any) lines need to tap into the intake piping (between air filter and turbo inlet) I've done the recirc already. my friend said that on his Z32, the PCV and evap tap in for constant vacuum. i can see PCV, but everywhere i look for the SR20DET, says to tap into the throttle body and intake manifold for evap.

I'm guessing the part labelled "air chamber" is the cavity cast into the intake manifold, underneath plenum.

i have it on my intake before the turbo. :o
