Thread: How do you depin this wire?

I cant get the pin out. Its a single pin.

Created hyperlink for users to view image. The original is massive. This will do. Hopefully someone can help you. Perhaps speedricer, he is good with electronics.

Usually if you look down the barrel of the plug there a small clip on the top of the pin you usually have to find something small and thin, maybe like a paperclip, to push it down to pull it out the back. Different plugs clip in differently so its hard for me to tell you exactly

It's one of these connectors. I tried to use a paperclip but it wont budge.

Try something stiffer than a paperclip, possibly a jewelers screwdriver included in an eyeglasses repair kit. They're cheap and readily available.

You might want to invest in a pin pusher. I use these daily at work. See below:
