Thread: HELP!!!! Fog light switch pigtail picture

Hey guys, need a huge favor, I'm insatlling fogs in my car but the pigtail that i have for my switch is different (?) so i need a picture of the pigtail so I can id the wires in the diagram i have

do a continuity test to see which wire in the pigtail associates with what pin if it isn't obvious by looking at it then get the pinout.

What I'm suspecting is that somebody adapted a plug to that switch because is different colors from the FSM and the pigtail is a different gauge

Use a multimeter and check both the switch and harness. Wiring by color is not the best option due to chassis harness changes year by year and assembly location.
I just looked at my b13 fog switch and it's is different. I'll be rewiring it to activate other items so if you have no luck by then I'll try to help.

Best option is to remove the fog lights and replace them with intercooler piping. Lol that's what I did on all my cars.
