Electrical Drain Issue
Trying to solve an electrical drain issue. All began after cluster randomly stopped working. Only things that work on the cluster is the signal indicator and bulbs illuminating the cluster. Other than that nothing works. Of the 3 plugs going to the cluster itself, only one shows to be giving power being the plug on the outermost passenger side. Other 2 plugs show no sign of power. Found 2 random wires in the bay that are spliced and not connected anywhere. Not sure where these wires run to but given they come off the harness going to the positive side of the battery I think its causing the power to drain. The car will hold charge after jumping the car with cables but the voltage on the battery with the car running tapers down from ~12.4v down. Car immediately dies with the positive cable removed however alternator current/power shows to be the same as battery voltage. A known good alternator was swapped on the car as well as new battery and car still has the same issue.

Is this a b13, b14, p10 or p11?

How are all your grounds? Also you can try pulling fuses until it gets better, then figure out what is on that circuit from the FSM.

Its a b14. Grounds are good. Sanded down the dirty chassis grounds but no change.
