So i have a couple b14 mafs and pigtails laying around. i was wondering if on am n/a engine if the large bore b14 maf would make more power/better response than the normal tiny b13 maf. thanks

Unless you need a larger MAF for power reasons, I can't see it gaining you any *Extra* power. re-ground your current MAF will probably make the most difference.

My maf is already regrounded. I'm just saying, i don't see how all the air being sucked through that tiny b13 maf could be good... I'm not making huge power, but i want to maximize what i have
The answer to your first question is no. You are not 'maxing out' your B13 MAF with a stock or even a bolted on set-up. No need to upgrade as it will not "find" any horsepower for you. You would be better off doing another cheap mod.
Your MAF would not be a choke point for your set-up.

I'm pushing 17psi on a 2871R through a 2" inlet pipe. The size isn't the problem.
