Ya. looks solid for the price. Total Harmonic Distortion on the amp is low @ 0.06%. My amps are 0.05% THD or lower. Not sure how much you know about stereos but Peak vs RMS power is a big deal. Clean power is RMS, the rest is somewhat distorted. I have 0 and 2 AWG ground wire but 4 is more than enough for you setup. The crowning piece in any system is the head unit. A low-voltage unit is not as good as a higher voltage unit in helping to minimize the niose distortion. A cheapo head unit will not send as good of a signal to the speakers as a more expensive one. But for a modest sysytem most head units will do.
If you are going to add a sub later but want super clean base, stick to 2 ten inch subs in a sealed boxed. Sealed box base will be tighter than ported box base with the same speakers. If you like deep low base but want to stay tight get a 12" setup in a sealed box or just port the 10" setup. I have three 10's in a custom built sealed box, it hits hard but will play rock and house music without being boomy. The bigger the magnet on the back of the sub, generally the tighter the base can be. Dual voice coil is better than single voice coil but also more expensive. Look for 1" excursion on your sub, way better than 3/4" excursion.
Looks like a decent setup to start. Update how it turns out. And if you now all of what I said, oh well I guess...
