Thread: attempting vadims fog light mod

So i'm going to attempt the fog light mod on my b14 that vadim did a thread on...one question i have is that the guy i got the car from disconnected the wiring going to the switch on the column and had wired it to a rocker switch under the dash (mentioned that it had to do with something he did while wiring up the VVL) so even if its not wired to either switch, in my head it should still work right? or am i looking at this wrong? wiring it back up is not a problem, i just haven't got around to connecting everything back up to the original switch due to the car had other issues i tended to first...thank in advanced for any info!

As long as the switch for the fogs are on then when u turn on your headlighs they should go on. Check out how he wires the extra switch if u can take it out I suggest you do, I also did the fog mod worked great...
