Thread: Couple issues

i don't have that exact same issue but my tps is a weird one....i CAN'T put my car into timming mode....idle drops and dies when i try....the long way or with datscan....and i have that awesome surging idle sometimes that sometimes makes the rev's drop so fast it dies...BUT sometimes it idles like a champ....it's VERY confusing

have you tested the TPS resistance?
if that checks good.
Test it for voltage

getting my ohm meter back today so i can start check that....hehe
i generally don't get dipps when i use power....and my buddie can drive his ve b13 with the tps UNPLUGGED and his runs fine....LOL
