maybe the dimmer switch..

Do they move or just dont light up?

It controls the lights if the dimmer switch isn't plugged in the lights won't work but as far as workin the gauges the dimmer has nuttin to do with that

Nothing works inside the car, nothing lights up and the gauges are dead,i check all the sensors and all of them are plug in i dont think all of them would go bad at the same time, but then again idk who worked on this car before me

check fuses under the dash and also the one in the engine bay ashton is talking about.
