Front Speakers
I have a pair of mids and tweets to install in a 91 SE-R and would like suggestions, pictures or whatever you have of installs. I've searched for Q Forms for the kick panels but have yet to find any. Has anyone done a custom fab job on the kick panels? I want to maintain a stock look as far as door panels, a-pillars and the dash are concerned. Thanks!

You can install 6.25" in the front, cut a 1.25" hole in the door panel and mount the tweeter in. Forget the kick panels and adding all that extra weight. You won't find any for our cars so you're making your own if you go that route. I've got infinity component speakers installed in my NX, had them installed in my SE-R before I sold it too. Sounded great and looked like they came that way from the factory.

Kicks can't be found... you would have to make them your self... plus time consuming. Here are a few pics of my tweets in the door's. Was pretty easy with a dremal tool.

New question
Any suggestions on a "good" way to mount a stereo in the top single din slot? I'm thinking plates that bolt to the side of the stereo and screw in to the 4 holes in the center dash just below the vents. All of the mounting hardware that I've found in a kit is made of plastic and doesn't fit correctly. Thanks for the help!
