Foglight relay completely gone

WHat would cause this? I am running standard h4's. Never ran high voltage fogs.

My guess would be the relay itself caused it, grounded out somehow maybe?

Yeah, I am going to get a new plug and new relay and reinstall one down there.

Yeah, the wires underneath the relay (pigtail) were exposed and touching each other.
