I'm sure the JL stuff is top notch but, I'm not going to fork over a ton of cash just for a name. I am very happy with all of the ED equipment that I've purchased. Hasn't let me down once.

the W6's and the W7's far exceed any sound quality I would have expected. You should go take a look. They ofer the cleanest sound and most precise bass with dual voicecoils. Thier just sick beyond mention. And thier new line of slim subs are pure perfection.

Yea, because you know dual voice coils really matter. And its louder too.... You might want to do some more research instead of just listening to some idiot down the street. Or find someone that can actually plan a stereo to work without spending tons of money.

Tommy, you might want to mount the x-overs in the kick panel so they are not getting slammed over and over when the doors are being closed. I have seen some x-overs get destroyed that way.

I've had them there for quite awhile with out any issues. They fit nicely behind the door panel.

I am currently re-doing my system. Here is the new thread: http://www.sr20-forum.com/showthread.php?t=9830
