Said it before and I will say this again. JL's quality is not the same as it use to be. Quality suffers due to higher productions lines.

WHAT?!?!?!? check JL's site the newest products they have are so beast mode its rediculous.
the W6's and the W7's far exceed any sound quality I would have expected. You should go take a look. They ofer the cleanest sound and most precise bass with dual voicecoils. Thier just sick beyond mention. And thier new line of slim subs are pure perfection.

cheated out of their money...hmmm...$600+ for a 12w7...or $295 for a 13av.2...i know what i would choose. I don't want to start a piss match, but...I personally have heard both, well not the av2, but i've heard a w7 and i've heard my ov2($175), and i would never pay double to almost 3 1/2 times more for a w7, based on what i heard.

I have a 12w6V2, it just sucks more power to do the same thing that my eD's were doing. 13AV. Just saying, small companies are holding it down as they have good customer services, at least they have for me! I fried a Nine.2x (a little oopsie) and they replaced it no question. I can't say JL would do that so easily. They check to see where you bought it, if it was certified seller or not and yadda yadda.
