Sounds like cable to me. If you swapped front and rear and the cutting out moved, then the amp input for rear right is fine. You say the head unit is brand new, so that is not likely although it is possible you have a defective preamp on there or something... I say pull the head unit out and swap front/rear cables on that end, and if it moves again then it's the rca cable for sure.

I think I got it. I have been busy all week with a rehearsal for a production and being Mr. Mom it delegated all my time. I did not have to pick up the kids till after 4 today so I had a spare hour to kill. That should expliain the laziness.
That said, I unplugged the RCA input from the radio to the amp. One by one. I isolated it to the right side of the amp input. Squirlz, thats what I swapped. From A to B. The clipping went from the rear to the front. Then I did it one at a time. A to A A to B yada yada. I really should try the left channel to see if it goes to that side, but the speaker is not cutting out at the moment. I wiggled and RCA and it seemed as if it is the wire. I was hoping it was not the input on the amp.
I will report back later.w

It is the AMP. I swapped cables and it is still there. It is the entire right channel on the RCA output.
