I got this problem sorted out now, I learned that the alternator was about to give out reason for being not consistent. When I rev the engine with old alternator 5k rpm and it only charges to roughly 12volts, now with the new alternator I just feather the pedal to 1500 rpm and it charges to 13.2 volts and idles at 12.7 everything turned on.
I have now with me an HKS circle earth system which I 'm thinking where to mount since the battery is at the back, any ideas?
