Thread: Question regarding this amp.

First thing is I'm not big into the whole sound system thing. I'm not familiar with the technical things.

What I want to do is use an amp to power 4 speakers, the 2 in the doors and the two in the rear decklid. So I need a 4 channel amp.
The question is I have just one pair of RCA jacks(left & right). According to the diagram, I need 2 pairs of RCA jacks, one pair for the front speakers and one pair for the rear. Is this true? I'm hoping I can power all 4 speakers from getting the signal from one pair of RCA jacks. Any help please.

I think you can do it if you get a couple RCA spliters, but I dont think you will be able to fade from front to back or vise versa. That amp has speaker level inputs as well so you could always go that route.

+1. The RCA splitter is the easiest, otherwise you have to work with tiny little pins.

Your F/R fade would be on the amp, and you'd have to adjust it until it was right, and leave it alone.

Splitters FTW, they're relatively cheap aswell

Thats misleading information and you dont need any of that...the amp has two input/output stations... A & B. as you can see in the diagram, red and white on the left side are the A input. Red and white on the right side are B input. Simply connect the RCA plugs to the A-side and connect the speaker wires to the A side station. For four speakers, just bridge the speaker wires with two wires in each output slot...no offense just here to help
