Liuspeeds HID Projectors in JDM Housings
Finally got around to installing these, took a total of 2 1/2 days.
A snap of the wiring you'll be dealing with.
Went and cleaned them off before throwing them in the oven.
mmm the smell of cooked headlights
Pulled the housing and lens cover apart and removed/sanded down the piece that covers the bulb
Since the corners were black and the car is grey, went with some black primer and some semi-gloss paint for the housings.
Cleaned up the lens cover while they were off.
Set the housings inside and used the glue that came with the kit to put the lens covers back on.
How they look on the car, started to rain too, but better than snow!
Wired the halos to the red/black wires of the turn signals so they come on while the signals do, but they do not blink when you are actually turning.
Low beams on, still need to adjust them later tonight though.
