Autometer gauges have been sucking alot latley I have bought 3 of them so far all of them are not reading right after a few weeks of operation. What happened to the quality?.....I might as well buy sunpro nextime from my local walmart at least for the price they are worth the risk.

I chose to just get the performance gauges. I didn't se the peak/hold/warning features as necessary considering my gauges are on the A pillar.

lmao! . I'd rather not speak to a camera. I'm actually more comfortable speaking to large groups of people (50+ member groups) video was indeed shot with the iPhone. My nikon rig doesn't shoot video, and my canon point 'n shoot hasn't even left the original package yet lol!

Dunno. My gauges were used when I bought them back in my t25 build days. Never really paid attention to their accuracy until recently? Funny how I haven't blown up the stupid car yet.

the peak/warning feature is really nice on these cliff. ive got the same ones but with the peak/warning. the senders for the oil pressure are much nicer, but the temp probes are the same. watch out for those bullet connectors, mine popped off when i disconnected them a couple times by the oil pan and had to replace the connectors, but otherwise an awesome set of gauges.

I ran the water temp sender to the water neck on the front of the block. In hindsight, I guess I could have run it to the water neck behind the block so it'd be a bit more accurate, but it still works fine. I still don't think I would have liked the peak/hold features, but overall the gauges seemed slimmer than just the performance gauges. I guess it's okay because they still fit in the pillar pod just fine. Now to figure out where to run the LC-1's DB gauge to.

FWIR, the gauge itself is REALLY thin in profile, so I can pretty much stick it wherever? I think I'm going to put it on the gauge cluster over the stock water temp gauge. I may even Chriscar it and remove the stock gauge all together, and find a way to get the LC-1 to sit just perfectly in that area.
