Thread: Voltage drop when warm in my NX. Why??

Why does my voltage drop this low when the car warms up and the lights and blower are on? Cold it is nice and bright.
New alternator and battery.

My Maxima does not do this.

Could be a number of things. Could be a bum alternator, I've gotten that before. Check your battery and alternator grounds as well, I'd highly recommend upgrading both with some nice heavy gauge wire directly to the chassis. If you have relocated your battery also, make sure you are using heavy enough gauged wire.

I am going to look at the alternator ground next.
