I actually talked to earlier in the thread. I was commenting on my difficulty fitting 6.5's into my doors.

I just went through that thread actually. I just need to know where I'm at as far as the door speakers go. I obviously do NOT have a plate over my stock speaker holes in my door.

So if you dont have a plate thats fine, You dont need the plate. Goto ebay or wherever you prefer, Order some MDF Spacers, Dynamat and your 6.5 speaker of choice that has a max depth of 2.5 or so.

Then your good to go.

Those will fit fine as long as you use a spacer and follow my build thread.. Just check ebay or anywhere for spacer rings. You need 3/8 spacers.. All I could find is 3/4 but had a buddy cut them in half for me. Predrill the holes cause when I didnt the ring split in two. you can also pick up dynamat for real cheap.
