B13 System...
I am in need of a nice sounding system for my B13. I am looking for front and rear speakers to replace the stockers I have in right now. Does anyone have any ideas of a good setup. Price should also be noted.

Good prices on some good speakers here: Woofersetc.com the online car audio super store, the largest selection at the lowest prices!

So you just want to replace the stock speakers? Do you have an aftermarket or factory radio?

Yea sorry. I will run an aftermarket radio, 2 amps, one for the subs and one for the speakers.

I personally don't run rear speakers at all but that's just me. Yeah, I would go with 6.5's all the way around.

Whats your reasoning behind no rear speakers? I have heard this before

Frontal imaging. For example, if you go to a concert the sound is directed torwards you not from behind. A sub in the trunk is fine as its sound is non-directional.

Some people like rear-fill (sound coming from the back). It may just be a matter of preference. Also, I do not think I have ever had a passenger in my back seat so I'm not concerned about them. LOL

many of the newer componets have a rear fill out put on the cross over so you can run rear speakers with out messing up the front stage. Make sure you check the dept on the front doors as well I remember my mb quarts would not fit and I ended up using my diamond audio speakers instead.

Could I install rear 6.5 components under the factory speaker grill?
