the V1 gets my vote as well.

20/20 vision works great over here...

if i get a unit it would be the V1 though.

^^^^ V1 is great but it's like a 5 yr old computer, OLD technoligy(GPS lockout and camara database or not).. works but not if you move around alot(travel) ,,

I'm not just picking on the V1 ,,, I like to use the MOST updated and current model and it just so happens to be the 9500ix.. you can do all the compairing you want nothing beats the Escort right now...and from what I was told the V1 won't see any upgrades untill mid 2010.



besides I have found that members on these forums (most)are not really serious when it comes to dealing with.. just alot of talk..

so it doesn't matter about a group buy or not,, I'm not wasting anymore of my time on this ,, besides I was going to have to be the one who shelled out the most money up front,,,,, everyone ones else was going to benifit on this NOT me...thats right I was doing this for everyone else.... so it looks like it's full price on new technoligy or full price on old technoligy.. so there ya have it,, new or old... but the price is the same....

Move to florida. Radar detectors are legal here as well as radar jammers. I drove 3hrs straight last night at 90mph and did not get radared by one cop. If anything I would go with a jammer, usually if a detector is going off its too late.

Just slow down, grow up and learn how to drive responsibly. Doing the speed limit and taking 10-15 minutes longer is far better than paying through the nose for a bunch of speeding tickets, PLUS higher insurance rates, PLUS extra gas, PLUS the cost of a radar detector that in all actuality does you no real good. If your detector is going off, it's likely too late and you're getting pulled over anyway. Cops don't give a f*ck about stupid drivers anymore. They're out in force looking for the retards that drive like assholes. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and learn how to drive resposibly. If you wanna go fast, take it to the track, and quit being such an ignorant twit.
