Here in the Northwest, there was a skyline for sale that was was down here in the states but registered in Canada for sale for i wanna say less then 20k. . I know Nissan Crazy was looking into it a while back. and changed his mind. but as well i have sen a few others around. not sure they are 32,33,or 34's but it may help im pretty close to the boarder.

Kit car is the best option and have it reg with a reconstructed title.

It's completely legal to build your own car, and all you have to do is provide invoices for all the "parts" that went into it,
