I don't know much about the SAFC. You could probably make it work, but you would really benefit from having a chipped ECU. If you can spare it, buy one of those NisTune RT boards for sale right now, or try to find a Calum Basic.

Thanks for all the info Nathan I'll try to go ahead with this if doesn't work calum basic is the closest I can get then try my luck with my EMS 8860. I'll dyno the thing before and after to find out if I did get the benefit of having the ITB.
