GTi-R "Pulstar" goes 10.2@145

This GTi-R recently went 10.2@145 making around 630whp before letting off to to oil filter o-ring failure. Congrats to the guys for the hard work and bigger and badder things to come!

Is this Jamaica?? Or which island is this??
