Ordering and Shipping FAQ - Please Read
Q: How much is shipping to xxxxx zip code?
A: Shipping is a flat rate $9.95 on items up to 15lbs. Over 15lbs the rate will change, and your total shipping amount will be showin on the web store. This is only for the continental US (lower 48 states). For international shipping, please send me a PM, or email to [email]Serban@gofastdepot.com[/email] for a shipping quote. A total amount will be given, back to you, and you will be able to make a purchase using Paypal.
Q: Do you guys ship to other countries like Canada or Mexico?
A: International orders can only be processed with Paypal. Please send email regarding order, and a total will be sent back to you.
Q: Is shipping to Alaska and Hawaii still $9.95?
A: No, the $9.95 shipping rate only covers packages sent inside the Continental US, however, we will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but there will be additional costs. Contact us before ordering.
Q: Can I get something overnighted if I pay more?
A: Yes, but again, orders will need to be made with Paypal since the website is setup for ground shipping only.
Q: Do you accept Paypal as form of payment?
A: Yes, we finally do, for all those who don't have a credit card. However, credit card orders should still be done over the website, to avoid paying extra fees with Paypal
Q: When will my parts go out?
A: If we have the parts in stock, and the order is placed before 4pm EST, they will go out that same day and you will get an email with a tracking number. If the parts are not available at the time of purchase, you will receive an email or call after your order is placed letting you know the part is not in stock.
Q: I ordered a bunch of stuff, but you don't have it all in stock, do I have to wait till all the parts are in for my order to ship?
A: Yes, if a part of your order is not in stock, you will have to wait till all the parts are here. If you wish to get all available parts shipped and have the back ordered parts shipped later, you will be charged for shipping twice.
Q: Can I return a part if I didn't use it?
A: Yes, any unused part can be returned for a refund on the item purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping, and you will have to pay shipping to send the part back. You will receive the refund once the part has been returned and inspected for signs of wear. Special order, and non stocking parts are subject to a restocking fee, which depends on the part. Please be aware of this before sending the part back.
