Taking orders?
I placed an order on a pc680t batt and holddown bracket for it March 1st with order # 2094 online. I was told I would get a confirmation receipt sent to my email along with tracking info. Just wondering if maybe you can help me out here with the tracking info?

BTW, I called the customer service number but it sends me to a voicemail and I already left a message.

So I was on hold for Robert (online salesperson) and NOTHING! It always goes to his fukkin voicemail! And I kept calling back and then they had me on ETERNAL HOLD!!! What kind of fukkin business is this where only 1 guy handles ALL the online sales????

I tried numerous times and this $hit is beginning to piss me off. Anyone dealt with murrays after GFD shut down?

ALL I WANT IS A FUKKIN TRACKING NUMBER!

So I finally got a tracking number last friday evening. The battery is coming separate from the tray. So I have 2 orders. I asked for the second tracking number last friday and nothing. Today I emailed again and finally got the second tracking number.

I would NOT recommend doing business with them again. No kind of communication. Wish Serb was still around with GFD.

i tried to get something from them and havent heard back from them in a week

No way i will even go on that site anymore its really a joke what they have done to go fast depot but I knew it was going to happen.

It's rediculous. Poor ass customer service and only 1 guy that takes care of online sales. That's why they were giving me the run around. **** is not cool.

The package came in today.

BUT....

I clearly entered the correct shipping info to my work address. I have the receipt with that confirmed. No one is home to receive my package so I decided that work would be best instead of home especially in the neighborhood I live in. I checked on my tracking number and it said "delivered" and I never got something here at work today! WTF?!?!

I don't know if it was a UPS error or Murray's error when it came to shipping address and such.

I called my bro to go check if the package was there and he said yes. That sh1t ticks me off.

Murrays TWO THUMBS WAY THE FUNK DOWN.

Ya, I wasn't impressed w/my order through Murray's. I can't recommend them, although I did take a chance and bought my GFD oil cable from them which eventually came in.

Wow, sorry to see you guys are having all these problems with your orders. Trust me when I say this, it can get overwhelming. When I was at GFD, I was the only person running the online sales. I can't speak for the guy running the sales now, the online store in on a completely different level now, not just SR20 parts.

I agree he should communicate in a more timely manner, but Murray's is not out to screw anyone over, don't give up on them.

When you were at GFD things ALWAYS went smooth. I NEVER had any problems.
