Saturated Injectors. Peak and hold WTF????
OK so Im looking at these injectors. I have no Idea what the **** the difference between peak and hold and saturated are. But I know I dont want to deal with running resistors and all that good stuff. These are high impedance and should drop right in. Is there anything I need to know about them that would prevent me from running them or having to change my setup a good bit? Im going from my 50lbers to these.

high or low impedence. I'm pretty sure that is it.

low impedance are peak and hold: 1.7-3ohm
high impedance are saturated: 10-16ohm

Just names.... they should work just fine.

Just how the mechanism opens and the driving current to open. Which is why you see the difference in impedance. Just grab the high impedance/ saturated injectors and go fast

Yeah But I want to know more then that lol. HOW does the mechanism open for saturated as appose to peak and hold? You guys arent telling me much here. I tried to look it up online but its not telling me anything there either. I like to know how things work.

They are simple coils... you pass current through them and they pull back the core and needle (on pintle style)... they are just wound differently.

OK that makes more since! But why the names saturated and peak and hold? Anyone know?
