+1 TurtleWax ICE Synthetic Polish
the other day me and my GF went to a local goodwill to look around and they had some new Turtle Wax ICE synthetic Polish, and i said hey what the hell, normally i use the paste style polish and never used a liquid based polish, so i was unsure how it would work, i havent use any other ICE products other than the interior stuff which i thought wasnt bad, but for the hell of it i spent the 2.00 and bought it to try lol.

i must say this is the best product ive ever used on my car and ive used the turtle wax paste wax, turtle wax as you dry, eagle nano wax,ect and NON are as good as this prduct, application is SUPER easy no white residue that is hard to remove like paste, no hard buffing.... it gives the car a extremly clean shine even for my cars paint that is original 92 paint, in some spots on my car that were sun faded or where the clear has become thin, it really revived the look of those spots it didnt 100% fix those spots obviously as the clear needs to be reapplied to really get a good shine, but it did make the sunspots and fades look more even with the overall paint....definitly a +1 fpr anyone who has seen this product and is interested in using it, i definitly recomend it.

now the only problem with this product is i paid 2.00 at goodwill for it, and i priced it at 18.00 in the stores, so it is rather pricey i was thinking it was more like 8-10.00 however it is 100% worth it if you want to revive your old paint and are tired of using old methods of waxing.

Damn my local pep boys has that **** on clearance right now for like $2.00 a bottle. I may go pick some up and try it out. How long did it take you to wax the whole thing?

well i would say it really depends on if the car was clean before you start, but id say using the product the whole car took about 30mins to apply, its not like your normal wax where you have to apply then buff off which takes alot of time, its basicly put on and wipe in with a microfibre towel or whatever you have to use and thats that.

i had to wash my car as it hadnt been washed in FOREVER and it really needed it, so it took me around a hour from beginning to finish wash and applied materials.

id definitly go pick some up its really worth it, best stuff ived used and ived used 15-20 dollar pastes...to me pastes suck bad, too much work needed to apply and then buff off. and all that white residue that cna be left behind is a bitch to get off....this is just too easy..

i might have to go by pep boys and see if they have any on clearence also and pick it all up

Check out my ride in MR section. I used it about 2 weeks ago and i am amazed. The liquid stuff is so easy to use and it goes on paint and plastic. It takes like a half hour start to finish. It also seems to repel all the crap that usually lands on my car. No kidding.

Its not a substitute for real detailing but its perfect for the 'in between'. I got it for $13 but its generally $16-18 and that is enough for about 4 applications.

I don't see how that is spendy. I have never liked turtle wax. I have a generally low opinion of their products but this stuff is different. I always go back and forth with Mothers and Meguiars 4-stage stuff. That's $30-40. This is almost as good, cheaper, and takes almost no time.

^ very true, but for me this almost is a substitute for detailing as i hate spending long hours waxing and buffing...i definitly wasnt 100% on rather or not the ICE line of turtle wax products were any good, as you know how some companies gear products towards ''performance'' guys thats kinda how i looked at the products so i never used them...but i definitly dont think that now.

has anyone tried that tires gloss from walmart its called like miricle tire glaze, that stuff also is REALLY great i usedd it when i used the ICE products and the tries look like they are wet and its been hours and hours, CRAZY... the product runs like 5.00 not sure on the spectrum of tire glazes how it runs as far as price, but it works really great.
