can i send someone my pics and edit it for me for the right size? really suck with editing

You don't have to edit it at all, just send it in a large format.

(If its smaller than the size we need, blowing it up won't help--in case thats what youre asking about).

I will color-correct and touch-up all of the shots that end up in the calendar.

What months are still available? Because if there are months still available I would like to send in a couple shots of mine..

how do i make a shot that big? should a camera have the size choice?

any digital camera starting since sometime around 2002-2003 should be able to take that large of images. Generally they're set to take huge resolution images by default. If you email the images straight off the memory card for your camera it should be good to go.
