put a 99 motor in a 91 se-r cant get spark please help

was it a 1.6 before?

theres 3 wires u need to rewire right next to the ecu...thats why mine wouldnt start after the swap

What have you tried and tested so far? There's alot of things that could cause no-spark. The more info, the better we'll be able to help. The engine types (1.6 vs 2.0) as NoLmit said would make a big difference as well.

could be distributor,coil,spark plug wires, ect

Fuel lines reversed?

i dnt think fuel would have anything to do with getting spark ....

well thats not 100% true, if the distributor was bad like the CAS, when the distributor rotated the spark wouldnt be getting to the coil, also the injectors wouldnt click resulting in a fuel injector problem. also the fuel pump wouldnt come on either.

one way to test this is to remove the distributor, rotate the shaft and see if you hear the fuel pump come on, the injectors click, and see id you are getting any spark from rotating the shaft, both at plugs and coil.

This all depends on what engine this is. We don't even know that yet Also depends on the ECU/harness being run, etc...
