The answer is there is no CHEAP way to make 600hp.
Cheap and 600hp shouldnt be in the same sentence.

You can only build a 2.2L VE-T because the largest you can go safely with boost is 90mm.

What is considered cheap? For 600 whp, I would think 7-8 grand for everything is cheap?

It can all be done with top quality parts for $7000-$8000 just like Ken's said
