I think what you are asking for might be hard to do as a regular meet.

Now if we were to do a convention this would work out.

The last lttle meet had 27 cars. I had 4 cars down by me messing around with and there are 10 more with no problem for the area. So lets say 40 cars.

40 x $30 = $1200. Thast only half way.

Lets say we can get 70 car people to make it to an SER convention. I dont think that is to hard.

70 x $30 = $2100 Maybe half a day of drag racing and hlaf a day of auto X ing.

You know what lets see what Homestead is charging to rent the road course for a day. If we want to to Drag racing we as a group can attack Moroso Sat night get 3-4 runs in each for $15 a head. We can even ask Morosso if we pay $20 we get our own line on the side and maybe assured 4-5 runs if we get there early by 6 pm.

So track day on Fri. Payment to Homestead.

Got to Miami Beach on Fri Night

Recover Sat morning.

Drag race on Sat Night.

Go hang out at the beach Sunday.

what about 50 people @ $ 50 a person + $2500

i dont know if we need to pay tax on that but that would be additional $175 that can be covered by adding 4 more to the group.

so with say 55 members going and coming thru with $50 each we could do it.

If we can throw doun $40 for 3 dyno pulls when we have gone to dyno
$50 is not too much for what we will get at moroso.


I will check with the homestead park and see whats up.

Would people cough up $50 for just the drag strip? Make it a SoFla SE-R drag day. With 50 people that gives you $2500, leaving only $2000 to raise elsewhere to get the strip for the whole day Saturday. That would be cool.

i tried calling the homestead track and the person in charge of booking the track is on vacation but i left him a message. so i should know by the begining of January.
