that didn't help so i tried a new gas cap and it worked like once or twice and then stopped, no more gush.
i today i was thinking that since i don't have any emissions equipment on my car could i just use a b12 sentra gas cap (vacuum only, no vent valve)?
well i decided to give it a try, and low and behold in the one block drive from pep boys home i had a gush when i undid the new cap.
i just wanted to know there was any reason to not want to leave it as such?
As I mentioned in the PM be careful, if the fuel tank gasses can't escape it technically becomes a huge gas bomb. But reading over your text maybe your gas caps were just bad before this?

Why thank you Coheed, but it looks like I have something else that's not holding the pressure (probably since I'm not running an older style Vapor canister and my current line is just capped off hehe.
